- It’s a free program offered by parents for parents of children ages 3 to 4 years old, to empower them to become their child’s first and best teacher.
- HIPPY is a resource in the community that can help build a better future for the families
- HIPPY CHILDREN ARE 3 and 4 years old
- A home visitor visits the family for 1 hour a week
- Caregivers work with children 15 minutes each day
